Social conditioning has allowed mass spread of victim culture, and often the young people I work with have developed an unhealthy mindset. Without self-esteem, determination and strategy young people will be ill prepared for the competitive environment in which they will forge their career. The effective education of personal responsibility creates freedom for our young, and quashes the victim culture which holds them within their social conditioning.
